The Knox Black n White Interclub is on again and we have been invited to participate.

At Knox PS clubrooms, Boronia West
Primary School, Tormore Road Boronia on Wednesday July 22 at 8:00pm.

It is an open subject. Full rules below.

We needs your best prints and EDPI enties.

We need your entries preferrably no later than 1st July so we can pick the best ones and deliver them to Knox.

The club

Come and enjoy the excitement of Black & White Photography! At the Ringwood Black & White Camera Club, we hold competitions, workshops and exhibitions. Enjoy the company of our members, some who have more that 30 years experience. We encourage all age groups from 15 plus, male or female, amateurs to experience photographers. Whether you take photographs with film or digital, bring them along for discussion and share in our passion for photography.

Outings
Additional outings and functions will be added to the Syllabus during the year. Any changes will be detailed in the Club's newsletter, "In Black & White", or at a preceding club meeting.
 
Meetings

Meetings are held twice a month in the Heathmont Uniting Church Rooms 81 Canterbury Road, Heathmont. Melways map 50, B11. (a few doors uphill from the Heathmont Shopping Centre pedestrian lights.)

 
Compeitions

Entries should be brought to the meeting on the fourth Friday where they will be judged (scored) and a critique given on the same night. Club competition rules are available for your guidance.

 
Membership
Annual membership ($40.00) includes a complementary 3 hour introductory workshop to Photoshop/Photoshop Elements. The workshop conducted by one of our members will assist new members wanting to learn some basic techniques in digital image editing, including how to convert colour images to black and white, improve contrast, sharpen and crop.

We have opened up a few more spots in our upcoming Master Class in photography with Emmanuel Santos. 

We've managed to pin Emmanuel down for two consecutive weekends, to give photographers the unique opportunity to work with him.

Reminder: Workshop 13/3
A reminder that Friday 13th club meeting will be an outing to the Carlton Gardens Melway Map 2B ref: J10. Meeting outside the Melbourne Museum at 6.30 pm. There is car parking under the Museum. The idea is to take twilight photos followed by pizzas or your choice in nearby Lygon Street.
